Slugger bandwidth choked

The award-winning Slugger O'Toole weblog was suspended by it's ISP for because they have attracted too many eyeballs. On tuesday, visitors were greeted with a message saying that the site had exceeded it's bandwidth limit and would you kindly come back when they've paid their bill (or words to that effect).

Slugger has only one shortcoming. They urge visitors to make a donation to help pay for the site's upkeep, but it is almost impossible to find the 'donate' button. And when you do, it's not working. (Try the 'make a donation' link - it may be back up later).
