How blog-posts and hyperlinks work
Hyper links can be used to make a blog-post a lot more concise - you can refer to a big issue of the day without having to explain it - and you can illustrate it with a suitable quote that is indented:
"Shaun Woodward says he is "astonished" by the actions of Mr Hoon and Ms Hewitt. He describes the call for a ballot on Mr Brown as an unnecessary distraction following his "hugely successful" performance earlier at prime minister's questions."You can then finish the post off with your own observations and perhaps a link to your previous comments on the matter. This means that you can build a comprehensive interlinked outline of your position. Adding a few tags or categories like 'blogging' (below) also helps to make your blog a bit more coherent.
